Delivery Information:

All our products are made to order and the usual turn around time is 2 weeks but this can vary.
If an item is needed sooner than that then please let us know as we can express items.
Once an item is ready it is shipped via registered/express post with a tracking number which will be given to you one your items have been shipped.

 

Refunds & Exchanges:

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations once an order has been started
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order and if it hasn't been started I can cancel the order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
